For purchase orders, follow the steps below.

1. You can determine the total cost for your order by going to our online store, adding your items to your cart, and then clicking on “View/Edit Cart.”  Enter your state & zip code to add shipping costs.
2. Email your PO to sales@9squareintheair.com, or fax it to 877-672-3938.
   a.  Please include your complete shipping and contact information, including email address and phone in your purchase order.
3. Once your purchase order is processed, you will receive an invoice for your order via email.
4. If you need to receive a quote before placing your Purchase Order, email or call us for a quote.  sales@9squareintheair.com, 877-672-3938.

To pay by check without a purchase order, follow these steps.

1. Place your order in our online store, and select “pay by check” at checkout.
2. Make your check payable to “9 Square in the Air, LLC” and mail it to the address on your invoice.
3. Once we receive your check, your order will be shipped.

IMPORTANT:  All returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
